Grandfather, Father, Son
Go to Zine5 Interactive

Once, there was a man who had a father who was so old that all he could do was eat and smoke. So the man decided to send his father away with only a blanket. As he was telling his father this, his son spoke from the cradle and said, "Don't give him the whole blanket. Give him only half the blanket."

When the man asked him why, his son replied, "So that I can send you away with the other half when you become like him."

When he heard this, the man saw the folly of his decision and took good care of his father till the day he died.
