Jesurun has a strong background in the knowledge-processing industry. Making an early start in the Medical Transcription industry, he started out as an Editor. He made his mark, topping all previously established records in production. Having learned the ins and outs of the industry, he coordinated the operation of a 50-strong team of medical transcriptionists. Streamlining the operations of the unit led to a 200% rise in production figures. This made him a much-sought-after consultant in the field of MT. He was involved in the setting up of a Rs.1 million MT unit in Hyderabad.

A keen follower of the stock markets, Jesurun has also been an Investment Consultant and has written articles and analyses for business publications. He has also developed a multi-level training module for both beginners and seasoned professionals in trading - shares and stocks.

Jesurun was educated in two of India's premier colleges, taking a bachelor's in History from Loyola College, Chennai, and a master’s in Public Administration from the Madras Christian College, Chennai.
