R.A. Pai is 67 and lives in Coimbatore. His first love is painting, and he swears by the French Impressionists, Tagore and Manjit Bawa. Writing is a hobby and he likes Kamala Das and Dom Moraes. When he is not writing, he is busy with his other hobby, gardening.
