Writing so long for others, I have only recently discovered the pleasures of writing solely for one's self. I am a literature graduate with a diploma in journalism. So long I have been writing for newspapers, magazines and websites and the stuff that I wrote for my satisfaction is too personal to be published.
Retelling Ponniyin Selvan has been a great experience for me. It has taught me a lot about the nuances of translation and the art of keeping the reader's interest.
Apart from reading and writing, I am also obsessed about ancient Egyptian history, especially Pyramids, and the legend of Atlantis. It is my dream to visit Egypt at least once in my lifetime. I am working on it.
One day I hope to write a book on Egypt and Atlantis. I am sure you will love it.
